The course is designed for both dairy and beef producers and provides a deeper understanding of the many factors involved when a cow is about to calve, as well as guidance on determining when intervention is necessary.
The course covers
- Normal calving: Learn how a normal calving progresses and how to determine when something is not as it should be.
- Abnormal presentations: Through a range of instructional videos, you will learn how to recognise and correct different abnormal presentations.
- Caring for the cow: Learn how best to care for the cow both before and after calving.
The course costs SEK 500, and you will have access to it for six months.
