Växa Sverige is Sweden’s largest cattle farmers association, with approximately 200,000 dairy cows registered in our database, Kokontrollen®.
We work to ensure that Swedish agriculture is sustainable, profitable and competitive. Växa Sverige is owned by its approximately 6000 members who are also our customers, and we have 220 elected representatives.
We are a modern national consultancy and service company, primarily working with dairy and beef producers. Many of our services are also suited to agricultural businesses operating in other sectors. We cover Sweden from Norrbotten, to Halland in the west, Skåne, Småland and Blekinge in the south and Öland and Gotland in the east.
The organisation is based at several locations around the country, where it employs 330 knowledgeable and dedicated full-time staff. We offer products and consultancy services that includes but is not limited to: qualified temporary staff, insemination and consultation on fodder, breeding, production optimisation, leadership and preventive veterinary medicine.
Work for us
We employ administrators, animal geneticists, temporary agricultural staff, consultants and experts. Many of our employees are trained agronomists, agricultural technologists or veterinarians. We also employ qualified economists and HR, IT and communications professionals.
